Quinn Nockerts is the CEO and CMO of ModernCraft Design + Build. A serial entrepreneur with a proven record of building companies from the ground up, Quinn has spent more than two decades — since 2003 — founding, scaling, and operating successful businesses across sales, operations, business development, and company building, with a consistent track record of transforming startups into thriving multimillion-dollar enterprises.
Quinn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Louisville. He began his career in sales, holding roles with technology leaders such as Xerox Corporation and in medical and pharmaceutical sales with companies including Novartis Pharmaceuticals. These early roles built the foundation in consultative selling, client relationships, and disciplined business development that would define his entrepreneurial career.
Quinn’s signature achievement is a facility services company he founded and launched from the ground up, providing commercial cleaning and facility maintenance services to hospitals, Class A office space, manufacturing plants, and small business facilities across the region. Under Quinn’s leadership, the company scaled into an eight-figure enterprise, at its peak employing more than 400 people, before he sold his interest to his business partners — a testament to his ability to build systems, processes, and teams that perform at scale. Building on that success, Quinn founded and grew a security services company, which he also built from the ground up into a seven-figure business, protecting hospitals, nursing homes, and large national retail chains.
Across these ventures, he developed deep expertise in operations management, high-volume hiring and team development, and the process improvement and systems implementation required to manage a large workforce profitably.
Alongside his service and security companies, Quinn has founded and owned several other businesses centered on real estate investing — identifying, acquiring, and remodeling distressed homes to rent or resell. This hands-on experience with property acquisition, renovation, and value creation connects directly to Modern Craft’s design-build mission and gives him a firsthand understanding of the remodeling process from both an investor’s and a builder’s perspective.
Throughout his career, Quinn has demonstrated a consistent ability to identify opportunities, build high-performing teams, and structure companies for growth through process and system creation. His entrepreneurial track record — founding, scaling, and operating multiple companies across facility services, security, and real estate — reflects a rare combination of sales leadership, operational discipline, and the vision to turn ideas into successful, growing enterprises.
