Bryan Ehret is the owner and CFO of ModernCraft Design + Build. With more than two decades of experience spanning real estate, entrepreneurship, technology, and medical innovation, Bryan is a serial entrepreneur and accomplished business leader with a proven record of building and scaling successful companies.
Over the course of a 23-year career in commercial real estate appraisal, Bryan earned the MAI designation, widely recognized as the highest professional designation in the commercial appraisal field. As a Kentucky real estate broker, Bryan has developed extensive expertise across virtually every sector of residential and commercial real estate. This experience led to the creation and growth of a comprehensive real estate appraisal, brokerage, and construction firm serving a broad range of clients and projects.
In addition to real estate, Bryan has founded, owned, and operated numerous technology-focused businesses, bringing together entrepreneurial vision, technical expertise, and business development skills. One of the most significant ventures was a medical device company founded to develop an advanced neurodiagnostic platform capable of detecting and diagnosing epilepsy, and traumatic brain injury.
The medical device was developed entirely in-house by a multidisciplinary team of electrical, mechanical, and software engineers. Under Bryan’s leadership, the company successfully brought the technology from concept through development and regulatory approval, ultimately receiving FDA clearance and the CE Mark. The company was subsequently sold at an eight-figure valuation, representing a significant entrepreneurial achievement.
Alongside his business and technology ventures, Bryan has spent approximately 20 years involved in residential and commercial real estate development, overseeing projects from acquisition and planning through construction and completion. This broad experience has provided a unique understanding of the full real estate lifecycle, from valuation and brokerage to development and construction.
Throughout his career, Bryan has demonstrated a consistent ability to identify opportunities, assemble high-performing teams, develop innovative solutions, and transform ideas into successful operating companies.
