Home – About Us
At ModernCraft Design+Build, we believe a successful construction project should be as thoughtfully planned as it is carefully built. We bring design, construction, and project coordination together to help homeowners and businesses move from an initial idea to a finished space with greater clarity and confidence.
Whether we are transforming an existing home, improving a commercial property, or developing a space for a new purpose, our approach begins with understanding the client’s goals. We consider how the space needs to look, function, and support the people who will use it. From there, we develop a practical path forward that aligns design decisions, construction requirements, and project priorities.
Traditional construction projects can require clients to coordinate designers, contractors, vendors, and multiple points of contact. ModernCraft offers a more integrated approach.
As a design-build contractor, we connect the planning and construction phases within one coordinated team. This creates stronger communication, improves continuity, and helps address important decisions earlier in the process.
Our work is guided by several core principles:
ModernCraft serves clients across two primary areas: residential remodeling and commercial construction.
For homeowners, we create updated spaces designed around changing needs and everyday life. Our residential remodeling work may include kitchens, bathrooms, additions, whole-home renovations, and improvements to interior living areas.
For businesses and property owners, we provide commercial construction and renovation services focused on functionality, brand alignment, efficient use of space, and long-term performance.
Although each project is different, our commitment remains the same: approach the work with care, communicate clearly, and build with purpose.
To create exceptional residential and commercial spaces through thoughtful design, superior craftsmanship, and an unwavering commitment to our clients.
Our experienced professionals bring decades of expertise in residential remodeling, commercial construction, design coordination, and project management.
From your initial consultation through final walkthrough, you’ll work with one dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional results.
A construction project represents more than a physical change. It may support a growing family, help a business serve customers more effectively, reposition a property, or prepare an organization for its next stage of growth.
ModernCraft helps clients make those changes thoughtfully. We listen first, evaluate the possibilities, and bring the right combination of planning, design, and construction expertise to the project
