[LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY], September 1, 2026 – ModernCraft Design+Build officially launches today, providing residential remodeling and commercial construction services to homeowners, businesses, property owners, and developers throughout Louisville, KY and Southern Indiana.
ModernCraft brings planning, design, project coordination, and construction together through one collaborative team. The company’s design-build approach is intended to provide clients with clearer communication, stronger coordination, and greater continuity throughout the construction process.
“ModernCraft was founded on the belief that thoughtful design and quality construction should work together from the beginning,” said [Quinn Nockerts, President and Chief Growth Officer]. “Our goal is to understand each client’s vision and create a space that supports the way they live, work, and grow.”
ModernCraft’s residential services include kitchen and bathroom remodeling, home additions, interior renovations, and whole-home transformations. Commercial services include renovations, tenant improvements, office remodeling, build-outs, and other property improvements.
Each engagement begins with an understanding of the client’s goals, priorities, and intended use of the space. ModernCraft then coordinates design and construction considerations to develop a cohesive project plan.
ModernCraft is now accepting inquiries for residential remodeling and commercial construction projects.
